Meet Our Staff

Rev. Matthew Hambrick is our senior pastor and has been in ministry in the United Methodist Church for seventeen years. He started pastoring after studying philosophy and religion for over ten years at Point Loma Nazarene University and Claremont School of Theology. It was while he was at seminary that he found his passion for gathering communities made up of people left out or criticized by traditional churches. His favorite part of ministry is hearing the stories of the grace and redemptive love of a God who loves us exactly as we are. He has been married to his wife Christina for 24 years and have a seventeen-year-old daughter, Kat.
