OCTOBER FOOD DRIVE A GREAT SUCCESS!
THANK YOU, MVUMC, FOR YOUR FOOD DONATIONS
Your generosity filled an entire pickup truck with food! Fresh Beginnings Director Bill Nelson was truly grateful and shared that they’ve already received about 1,500 requests for holiday food boxes this year. Thanks to your kindness, many families will enjoy a Thanksgiving meal who might not have been able to otherwise.
What a wonderful example of our congregation reaching out and sharing God’s love with those in need. Thank you for helping make the season brighter for so many!

NEXT RED CROSS BLOOD DRIVE: Thursday, February 26 10 am–4 pm
The Missions Committee will be hosting our monthly Red Cross Blood Drive in the Fellowship Hall. Sign up online at redcrossblood.org. A donation time will be provided.
THANK YOU—The December 2025 blood drive resulted in 17 units of blood — enough to help save up to 51 hospital patient lives.
Thank you for your continued support. MVUMC has donated more than 500 gallons.
UPCOMING MISSION BUCKS
JANUARY MISSION BUCKS will support our ongoing mission to provide a hot, nourishing meal to those in need. Through the Hospitality Kitchen at the Southwest Community Center in Santa Ana, we serve lunch to approximately 90 men and women monthly. The cost for groceries is about $200 per month, and your past generosity has enabled Mesa Verde UMC to sustain this vital outreach ministry for more than 31 years! January Mission Bucks give us another opportunity to continue our commitment to feeding the hungry and helping those less fortunate than ourselves. We are continually amazed and grateful for the unwavering generosity of our congregation. Together, we are making a difference in God’s world. You may contribute by using the envelope provided in the bulletin, mail your contribution to the office, or contribute online by going to www.MesaVerdeUMC.org and click on the "give now" button.
Thank you in advance for your financial support.
THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING HOMELESS & AT-RISK POPULATIONS IN COSTA MESA & ORANGE COUNTY
THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING OPERATION SANTA CLAUS!
In November and December, toys and gift cards were collected for Operation Santa Claus to benefit disadvantaged children and seniors in Orange County. We are so grateful to our congregations for your generous donations! These toys and gifts were used to help share the joy of Christmas through Operation Santa Claus, a program coordinated by the Orange County Social Services Agency. This outreach provides gifts and toys to children who are abandoned, neglected, abused, in foster care, or are from disadvantaged families. The program also serves low-income adults who are elderly or severely disabled.
Your generosity helped brighten the holidays for the most vulnerable in the community. Thank you for sharing Christ's love during the Christmas season!
